Someone called me from this number 0404 396 049

Came up as potential fraud so I answered as Detective Phincter from the Australian Fraud Squad. They hung up quick. It's fun messing with these lowlifes.

Have called 4 times already this morning. Have blocked the number after reading all these comments yet they still manage to bypass the block and call. Very frustrating.

Seemed suspicious. Requested lots of personal details. Relatively sophisticated sounding if it’s a scam though.

Called this number back and it didn’t go through these people called my partner and told him it was great he was working. Haha he isn’t so we hung up they were trying to get his personal details said they were from “Information Australia” LOL

I had 2 missed calls and answered the last call. Was about superannuation. Was friendly when I said I wasn't interested.

Caller: Claimed to be from "Advanced Wealth"

Claimed to be from a company called "Advanced Wealth", but they knew my name.
They hung up when I asked her how did you get my number.
So yes scam call

Telemarketer from Advanced Wealth Solutions. Knew my name and asked if I was currently working. Said no and she said goodbye. Just weird.

Caller knew my name, and when I confirmed it was me, he immediately hang up.

Called back and got a message saying "this number has incoming call restrictions"

Telemarketing crap to flog some financial products, no doubt.
Bastards rang me after they somewhere harvested my details.
I'm on the DO NOT CALL register but the bastards simply ignore that.
I will be lodging a complaint.

After reading here I blocked this caller. But somehow the same number called me back again an hour later. I went to check I had blocked it and the only option I am given is to unblock. 🤷‍♀️

I didn't answer any call from this number, but it seems very insistent as they have been calling me from about 1week. Some days calls more than 2 times.
Very annoying.

Total scam, I've been called by them a number of times, They get my voicemail so they know its an active number but they never leave a message
