I called back number 0403 713 096 reached IVR for RSPCA WA.

Hung up as soon as I answered

Caller said they were "insight" on behalf of RSPCA.
some kind of fundraising or raffle.
I declined and terminated the call

RSPCA don’t call. It’s not them

Hung up when I answered. Far too many of these calls happening. Wish people would do the right thing and get a paying job, get off the piggy back and earn your keep.

Its a legit call but very annoying asking for money for RSPCA raffle.

I got a call from 0403 713 096 today. This is a mobile number. I answered quickly after about 4 seconds but the line was cut off. Based on other comments here it's clearly a scam as a real person would let it ring longer and not hang up if you don't answer in 2 seconds! Scamming Losers!

Caller: Scam under guise of RSPCA

Called me then hung up when I answered. Called back and and got answering machine claiming they were RSPCA looking for money or other type of partnering for a fake charity. Since they hang up after answering, for not just but others too, I guarantee it’s a SCAM. Block immediately
