They always call about 6.00pm - so very suss

Probably a scam. Do not answer. They want you to speak, especially to say “yes” as they can record and use your voice for unauthorised automated banking transactions.

They called today 11:32, but when I called back, said has been disconnected.

Male with accent said he was calling from Informed Australia. I hung up as had this type of call before. They try to get your info.

when I picked up the call, the guy at the other end was talking to his friend and laughing. There is a thick accent. I should not have picked up.
