Caller: PRC People The mobile number belongs to PRC People - a Recruitment Company. I would suggest that maybe you have applied for a job that is being interviewed through them at some point and time.

Same here. She said her name was Grace on the text message. I reckon its a telephone company trying to get us to make calls to see who it is. This has happened to me before, they were the only ones who new the number.
