Just received a call from this number, wanting to speak to the owner, starting talking about AFP streetsmart coming to the area - I don't give charity donations over the phone and to unreputable organisations. Scammer I would suggest.

Just got a call from this number, the lady said she was from Victoria Police and PCYC and went on asking for sponsorship for a local Street Smart booklet.

I got a call from this number asking if I was a small business owner. Told her my business was just a hobby so she politely thanked me and said good-bye.

Just spoke to this guy. HE claimed to be from the AFP charity and was after businesses to advertise in some AFP publication. Sounded dodgy so I declined his offer of advertising and he then asked if I'd like to make a one off donation .. lol no thanks

Had a call from this number today said he was from AFP advertising etc said his name was Ryan Colmer, asked him to send an email with details nothing yet,...

Just had a call from someone claiming to be Federal Police asking about my advert retrieved from Gumtree. SCAM!

I got a call from this number. It was a female, from the 'police' asking for an add in their women's magazine about my business and it was only $320 and it would be a big article, she sounded really convincing, I don't do the business anymore that much so I said no, but I did fall for it and gave her my managers number, as soon as I googled it I told her to block the number

I had a missed call from the number 0402 959 951, rang it back and the "message bank" was full. They must have had a lot of people ringing them back? They rang me back a few minutes later and I answered with a lady on the end of the phone, she slurred her words (maybe drunk or on drugs) saying she was from the AFP. She wanted to know if I was from a certain youtube channel that I created and I said yes I was. She offered a "chance" to work with her and the AFP on an upcoming project in July, I said "send me an email and we will go from there". After a few minutes of debate on why she wouldn't send me an email she promptly hung up.

Thought it was sus as they were calling on a mobile number not a land line.

Definitely a spam call. They have called numerous times in January trying to sell me ad space but would not explain what for etc.
