Caller: 0402 683 948 The person said $499 was deducted from my account and it was a suspect transaction. I do not have an account with the Commonwealth but did not say this to the scammer. Instead I pretended I did have an account and said oh really? Well that's not good. What is my account number I asked. Oh I am sorry Ma'am I can't give that out - this is a secure line being recorded and we can't give that out. Then I asked what is your security code? You should have a security code being from the Commonwealth Bank! Then I said well guess what you are talking to someone who works for the Commonwealth Bank You should have a security code. With that I was sick of listening to his pathetic excuses and reading from his script and said you are full of s*** and hung up and blocked the number.
