Continuously getting a text message from 0402 416 310. How do I stop them.

Message saying your delivery has been stopped at our depot today. I followed the link and the website has Express Delivery Shipping with a Shipping number. I was expecting a delivery but decided not to follow it as there was insufficient identifying information.

Received a text calling me by name and just a link saying "I just received this and thought you may be interested". Not a number I know, suspect scammer or worse ...
