Caller: Said they wereQueensland Country bankand my services are restricted I am not with this bank. Have never heard of them but whoever they are knew my Christian name

Send link the Queensland Country Bank claiming a recently set up bank was restricted and to visit a URL to complete details. URL looked legit, too, somehow.
