I called back number 0401 257 949 reached IVR for a company called CBD Movers.

Requested a quote to be emailed to me. They have called 4 times starting around 6am plus voice mails, texts etc. even though I have responded that I'm still looking at other companies. Very persistent on the verge of harassment. Told them I would get back to them by close of business the same day only to be called again.

This just happened to me too, I emailed and asked for a quote yesterday afternoon, in less than a day I have received x4 emails, 2 calls (from this number), got a voice mail and they even tried to contact me on whatsapp.... I was actually reviewing their quote as it looked good, but WOW they have totally put me off before I even spoken with them.

6 calls today; blocked the number but still keeps calling

Not really. They did some good work for me.

I agree do not use this company. I had them booked to relocate my house and they never showed up in the required time. I phoned them many times for updates and each lady that answered the phone gave me a different answer or reason one said the drive was in hospital, i phoned the hospital so car accident people came in. They never updated me at any time of changes or delays. Then eventually after being on hold for 2 hours and they kept hanging up on the call. The sent a driver, who entered my house taking photos of all my belongs, spoke in their language then just walked out and left. I then had to ask family to call as i was crying and so stressed. They said they would re book top proprioty for the next morning, again a no show did not answer my phone all day and never gave me an update. Apparently then sent soembody but in the mean time we organised somebody else after we had alread moved they turned up. But with no calls. Now they keep phoning me everyday but as i am at work cannot answer but do not leave a message and when you phone the mobile back you cannot get through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

I asked for a quote about 3 weeks ago and have been harassed ever since. I tried to be nice and said we found another company and they just got pushy and didn't want to take no for an answer. I found another company that has insurance that didn't cost me extra and were cheaper. I'm keep blocking there number but still getting harassed. I will never use this company and will never recommend it.

Never contacted this company, they rang me at 6pm. Looked up the website. They have a online chat option so told them it seemed like a scam. It was a real person with many spelling errors and purposefully ignoring my concerns. Very rude.

Those guys sound like scams and kept calling me after I asked for a quotations. They called me no matter if it's working time, dinner time or bed time. just kept contacting me to push me to use them. sick of it!!!!!

A lady with a strong Indian accent, called me today asking if I want to take a survey for costco living?? I hang up gout away as I’ve never heard of their organisations.

filled out form for a quote from CBD movers and only wanted email reply but got a phone call. The person who rang, I believe was George and very hard to understand. Asked so many irrelevant questions about furniture to be moved. Each time I thought the conversation was finished he brought up somethig else. Anyway after 12 long minutes I was able to hang up. This morning at 6.30 am West Aust time my phone rings. I tried to answer but hung up before i could. I didnt check as was still early in the morning. When I did get up I I found I had a message and it was him asking if I had made a decision on hiring him. I had already told him I couldnt make any decisions until I knew for sure what day I would get keys for new place and here he is ringing and asking if i was using him. I blocked the number as i dont want these calls for the next two weeks. Needless to say I will not be using him or his business.
