Caller: Energy Australia Called back to find it was Energy Australia - No doubt trying to woo me back to them after recently changing provider - no message left of course!!!!

Caller: Energy Australia Energy Australia chose to lie to me for years and charge me no discount and claim I'm on the best deal. After excessive cost for electricity for 2 people. I changed provider and now Energy Australia can give me a discount, even though my last 2 requests were denied stating that my energy saver was the best deal. A tip for Energy Australia, respect your loyal customers rather than rip them off and they will stay. Ive blocked their number because I don't want to talk to them liars.

Caller: Energy Australia Just a Robot recorded message saying I had changed provider, and if I want to change back etc etc..... they cant even be bothered to give me a genuine call, not that I would go back to them anyway. They really think a recorded message will win me back ?? I dont think so

Caller: a middle / old age man Recently l changed supplier from energy Australia to alinta energy. 23July2024 l got a call from0401 182 338 . a man said he is representative of Engery Australia. He said if l close my energy Australia electricity account, l will lose $75 credit in my account. Now there is $1075 credit in my electricity account. he said $1000 credit is the government gave to me, but $75credit is energy Australia gave to me. However, as what I know, the $75credit in my account is federal government gave to me. the federal government gave every customers 4 times $75credit in 24/25 financial year. So Now l need double check with energy Australia if l would lose the $75credit in my final bill. if we have different opinion about this issue, l have to contact the federal government and MP of Brisbane district for advice.

Caller: Energy Australia Same like the other replies on here -- I left them for another energy company. Sure enough BUT 2 WEEKS AFTER I CHANGED (Poor marketing lol) they will literally call you every day, sometimes they leave voice messages. Why did I leave? After 2+ years my bill was consistently higher but the ultimate red flag for me was when I was overseas for a month, NO ONE IN MY FLAT and only thing in use was my small fridge -- the bill was higher for that quarter than last year?! Indeed the rumours are true that they do rip people of and I am learning from my mistakes. Instead of me wasting my energy of possibly calling back to argue and negotiate, I chose to put my energy into finding a new provider. Wish i did it sooner as it literally took about 20 min to find one + switch by phone! One more thing -- why are these companies allowed to call you daily/multiple times a day for their own benefit of a sale? There should be regulations for limits and fines for them. Now I have to deal with blocking them and getting interrupted with their calls!

Caller: Energy Australia Had 3 different days ring me with a Robbo call. They said why leave, come back. Get your prices competitive & hundreds might consider. They didn't offer me anything. The type of call they are sending out just makes you happy you left them.
