It is one of those parcel delivery scams!

Message said "If there's a video with :iq: your face in it on / Youtube, this #20i# is what you need to do... " plus a link I'm not gonna post for obvious reasons.

I don't even know what they're trying to say, I'm either dumb or they're talking gibberish
