When I received this call, I heard telephone ringing as if I was calling them, so I hung up. call came to me twice from this number. When I blocked it, I got a call from (02) 8310 7633, which was rated 100% scam. So they must be related. Please beware

multiple missed calls from this number, when ringing back the call does connect. i was able to answer the phone and was told they were calling from Epping, Victoria. i asked several times the business he was calling from, kept ignoring me and saying he is calling to offer me savings on my mobile phone - last time i asked the business name he told me "Super Phone" and that he had told me that several times i just wasn't listening. i've then done a google search and asked why i can't find the business online, his response "OMG" and said it is on google - i've asked for the ABN number and he has told me he is not allowed to give me that information, requested to speak with his manager only to be told the manager was on the phone, told him i'm happy to wait. the gentleman then told me he will arrange for them to contact me and hung up on me.

Obvious scam. "Hello this is Mark Taylor" - strong Indian accent. Hung up half way through his dribble.

Called at 8pm and was an auto dialler that pings numbers and when one picks up it calls one of the telemarketers. I assume this is why I heard it ring as if I had called them and was waiting for them to pick up. When they answered it was a guy and he said something unintelligible, had an accent and said he was "Ricky". I could heard someone else talking in the background and asked if he was calling from a call centre. He sounded offended when he said that no he was not. He then went on to say that he wanted to save me money on my mobile bill. I told him to take me off his lists and never call again before hanging up. Number is blocked. I recommend doing the same. Cold-calling lying call centre workers are not trying to save you anything. They're trying to grift you of your money.

Someone with barely understandable English calls themselves "Cameron Davis" and asks me about an "accident" I had last year. $18,000 was waiting in the Claims Department if I answer a few questions. I hope Australia's foreign relationships include police co-operation.

This number keeps calling me. The second time I picked up and heard the tone ring to another number and person picked up. I hung up straight away. They call me every 1-2 days now, at least. Its in my auto reject list so it rejects the call straight away but I still get the notification. Does anyone know any steps to shut this scumbag scammer down?

I have had about 10 missed calls a day from this number, for many days now. They never leave a message. Just damn annoying. After missing these calls, I also got a call from (03) 7002 4303 and when I answered there was all weird sounds and talking in the background and then some woman said she needed to talk about my Optus account (I am not, nor have I ever been, with Optus). Unsure if they are related but sounded like a scam so just hung up.

Heard the ringing then a guy answers "hello" "I said "you called me." I already knew this was gunna be a scammer but wow he was bad even for a scammer. He tried to tell me about being selected for a special deal and something about Victoria (I'm in Sydney) I said "I'll stop you right there because I'm in nsw not Vic" He said "no no no, you have been selected for special Saving on mobile phone" I said "what company are you calling from" He said "we represent services linked to Optus, Telstra, Vodaphone, is your mobile a pre-paid or post paid account?" I said "I'm not giving any personal information to you until I know how you got any of my personal information in the first place."
A moment of silent thought was followed by the call ending.

Calling me once a day for nearly a week now, i haven't blocked the number as i use them to de-stress and figure if they spend time with me they aren't scamming someone else, fun to swear at and they always try to argue when called out on their scam.
