This number keeps calling my phone and recording and hanging up

guy answered said his name was "Rahn" and said "OPS" obviously a marketing co.

The same number is harassing me by ringing weekly but is surveying people on their water quality! Do these annoying people swap their phone numbers?

This number will ring your phone a few times and then hang up.It would seem to come from an auto dialler and if you ring back, you then get put through to someone claiming to sell funeral insurance or a funeral plan. I said I wasn't interested and didn't like cold calls before hanging up and have received 4 more calls now in a 48 hr period. I've not checked my bill yet to see if I've received any strange charges.

Rings my mobile. I answer.
