this number called my wife claiming to be Telstra - asked her if she was the primary account holder. She told them no and they said they'd ring the other number on the account which they did about 20min later. Sync.me identified the call as Australian hearing so I ignored it and then blocked it. Only came here to check the number after the wife mentioned Telstra calling.... now I'm confused, but the number is staying blocked !

It's Australian Hearing. They want you buy hearing aids.

Called and poor quality line modified as other comment stated. They consistently requested a yes or no regarding ownership of a pensioners card - I didn't give this info, and call kind of ended ...

Asking for someone I don't know - then started a selling spiel, which I hung up on.

We got 2 calls today the first unanswered. They were very aggressive wanting to arrange an appointment for a second opinion. They obviously had our address and mentioned Tristar Mecical Clinic for the appointment They obviously had information about locality. We did not engage at all told them it was a scam and hung up.

I have found the media and communication numbers for this company Australian hearing who know about the telemarketing (03) 9999 5816 calls.
I am sure that they would like you to cold call them every time someone for their office cold calls you and asks for a dead family member to sell a hearing aid to !!

I got a call from Australian hearing to speak to my father who had died in 1986. The person quickly hung up,how bloody rude !!

My father got a call from this number and interestingly the line faded out shortly after he answered. He kept saying I can't hear you, I can't hear you and then he hung up. Based on comments above I told him to not answer calls from this number and not to bounce them either. Spammers dial numbers in a logical manner to establish which numbers are allocated and hence know which ones to call back. Interesting that it appears they manipulate the line quality and then go onto to sell a hearin aid!

They phone me a couple of times a day but never leave a message. I do not pick up. It is obviously a scam of some kind.
