I signed up on https://producttesting.com.au/ and one of the 'survey' questions was about helping Peter Mac Cancer Centre. I subsequently received a number of calls without them leaving a message. Today I answered and they were asking to set up a direct debit donation over the phone. I politely declined as wasn't going to give bank details over the phone. According to them the admin costs of doing the same online was huge???!! Lesson learnt - don't sign up to free stuff cause it really isn't free.
