Claimed to be from Insights Australia, called me on my mobile then asked me to spell my name. I said hang on if you don’t know my name you shouldn’t be calling this number. I hung up.

Spam. Said they were from Insights Australia conducting an economic survey.
Blocked!

I just got called by this number and am thankful other callers have reported this number. I was called by someone claiming to be from Insights Australia and asked me to answer some questions regarding economy. When I said this number is on the DO NOT CALL register, the caller said "I'm not selling you anything so I will ask you". I then replied and said where did you get this number from and they didn't say. I then told them "Remove my number from your caller list and do not call again". Please report this number as they are a nuisance caller. Thanks.

Obviously they are not complying with the DO NOT CALL register and should be FINED.

Took ages for the lady to say hello after I answered, about to hang up after I said hello 5 times. She wanted to do a economic survey, which sounded dodgy after she took so long and heard another voice in background. I said no and hung up.

I answered, there was silence for a few seconds and I only caught half of the caller's introduction. I aksed her to repeat it. She claimed to be from Insights Australia and conducting an economic survey. I said I'd rather not participate. She insisted it would only take ten minutes. I said I'd rather not participate. I suspect this is a phishing call and they are trying to capture personal details.

I've blocked this number but they keep calling. I guess they aren't getting the hint that the reason I'm not picking up is that it's not ringing.
