returned this number's (03) 9989 3380 call but it just kept ringing on the other line

I got two missed calls, no message left. When I called the back I got a recorded message in relation to some sort of sales rubbish. I blocked the number immediately.

I called back and the automated message was that I'd missed a call from (blank space) and to talk to a sales rep press 1. There were a few blank spaces in the message though.
