I will now add this number to my contact list (under possible scammers) so at least next time they call i would know who they are

Rang in couple of times, request they remove my contact but still calling in.

Call connects and they wait until you've finished your greeting before it hangs up in your ear. A call back leads you to their voicemail. I left a message asking them to never call back, fully knowing it'll never make a difference.
