I called back number (03) 9988 0045 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

They called me on electricity plans and then checked with me two days latter 16/10/2017 from the same phone number. I have heard nothing from them since and have received no information. Are they for real????

I rang this number back and a voice message said, "thank you for calling, please hold while we attend to your call". I assumed it was advertising so I hung up.
