I never answer but they repeatedly ring and go through to voice mail where I get some silence, then heavy breathing, then words in a foreign language, then they hang up.

This number has been calling me now for months, getting sick of it, they ask for Mr Fisher. I have had this number for 25years and to my knowledge my name isn't Mr Fisher.

Whoever called did not leave a message, and since he/she/it could have I conclude it is probably from some serial pest.

Call often dont leave messages I redialled the number (03) 9985 9151 only to get "the number you dialed is not connected" tried 3 times just to make sure same eveytime

I rang once and got disconnected
