They keep calling, I keep ignoring. Is this Optus, if so what the **** do they want!?!

This number is used by a company called Oceania.
Optus outsources sales calls to Oceania.

Buggas called me then and tried to sell me some homeuse plan to boost my reception at home on my own broadband connection, i kinda got sucked in a little because optus reception is absolute crap. then realised, why should I pay to have this homeuse to boost my reception when its something optus should be providing for free as part of their service?

They call me every day. I answered yesterday and they said they were Optus. But Optus call from a blocked number and they leave messages. This is dodgy and annoying.

I answer they hang up, I ignore and they keep calling WTF!

yes we keep getting calls from this number on our landline and then today I had another call on my mobile. I dont answer. they seem to try for a few days then leave it a few weeks and then try again. I have answered the landline but they hang up. i would wish they would go away!!!!

After almost an hour frustrating computer voices and useless Optus websites I managed to contact a real Optus person who did a good job in getting to the bottom of who is behind (03) 9982 8850. It turns out the company is thrid party telemarketer for Optus.We have taken the option now of blocking all Optus telemarketing. After 30 days we will never hear from 03 99828850 or their ilk again!!!

Ive had this number call me for the last few weeks atleast 1-2 times a day. tried to call my phone company and they couldnt do anything about this number (wont block it).how do i get them to stop calling?
