Yeah Optus. Really pushy.. I just went into an Optus store where they were really nice and helpful. I'd rather wait half an hour to get served in a store then deal with an extremely pushy lady over the phone. Especially with a 2 year contract..

Said they were from Optus, but could not recite details and, when I redialled from a missed call, the voicemail said Oceania, not Optus.

They keep calling, sometimes multiple times a day.

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

Says they are from optus but we have recently changed the account into my husbands name and yet they won't talk to him and are really rude.

Same here. Called "on behalf of Optus", answered after about the 10th call. The lady on the phone spoke very quickly going through terms and conditions of this "great new deal". Didn't trust it, not stupid enough to agree to a contract over the phone!Wouldn't commit to anything until she emailed me the details of the offer. Be interested to see if she actually followed through on that.
