Yeah Optus. Really pushy.. I just went into an Optus store where they were really nice and helpful. I'd rather wait half an hour to get served in a store then deal with an extremely pushy lady over the phone. Especially with a 2 year contract..

Said they were from Optus, but could not recite details and, when I redialled from a missed call, the voicemail said Oceania, not Optus.

They keep calling, sometimes multiple times a day.

Said they were Optus calling about my contract which was expiring. When I said I'd look online at different plans the lady was very pushy and tried to make me commit to renewing my contract over the phone. It had a dodgy feel to it.

This is "Oceania"- its a telemarketing company. They will tell you that they are calling on behalf of Optus. It's usually to talk about you plan & to try and get you to upgrade.... just after money- so don't answer them.

Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

Same here. Called "on behalf of Optus", answered after about the 10th call. The lady on the phone spoke very quickly going through terms and conditions of this "great new deal". Didn't trust it, not stupid enough to agree to a contract over the phone!

Wouldn't commit to anything until she emailed me the details of the offer. Be interested to see if she actually followed through on that.
