Text message ssid Ipsos and gave correct ABN. Said they would contact me in a few days for important govt survey. In view of other comments I will block the number. Thanks to all commenters.

Despite repeated blocking of this number (03) 9978 5254, they continue to attempt to call me. I did not sign up for nor agree to participate in any "research for the government" if that's what they are doing. I won't be answering & I agree that these nuisance calls are bullying & harassment & it looks like a complete scam!

The ABN and the name is as stated on ABR website. But who'se to say the phone number is legitimate? ABR website indicates business is in NSW but the phone number is Victorian landline. Beware.

Three calls in 24 hours. Annoying. Don’t leave any message about what they want.

Web address (www.ipsos.com) shows Ipsos has bought Big Village.
Appears to be a marketing company. I didn’t answer.
