I missed the call but having just left Lumo for another electricity supplier I'm guessing this is like all the other comments about trying to regain custom. Too little too late Lumo, you had your chance ...

According to previous comments, I've just received a call from Lumo as well...since a couple of days ago I switched energy providers.
Don't sign up with them....they rip you off.

Got a call from Lumo, offering way better rates than Tango. The guy that called was really nice and had a bit of personality. It was a pleasant call. He wasn't pushy like some. The call was only a few minutes long and was very informative.

I don't think it is Lumo, I think it is a scam caller. They called me to say I was no longer with them, but I am still with them. They are just trying to find out who you are with. Don't give them info. I just told them, 'I know who I am with', and hung up.

Call and leave no message. Found who had called me from this. I think it’s time for a $$ comparison. Will answer once comparison complete. Not sure where the call originates from but it is a Vic number as above

After a number of calls trying to fix overpriced billing issues I have changed to another provider. If they wanted me as a customer they should have thought of that before they screwed me over. Also, long distance calls from India tend to be poor sound quality and difficult to understand, making it hard to communicate the problem. Strange for a company that touts itself as 100% Australian owned to be using overseas call centres!

Got same today.

I had been with Lumo for 6 years.

In past two years, the same thing happened twice.

Lumo increased rate 10%~20%, I tried switch to another provider, then Lumo called me offered a best deal so I stay with Lumo. I don't understand, I have been loyal with Lumo for many years, why keep increasing the rate for 15% every year?

Offering better deal - but had said previously in a letter that I had their best deal possible! Told them that they were too late and that they could have offered me a better deal straight up, instead of waiting till I had signed over to another company. Sleazy marketing :-(

We get these calls from Lumo semi-frequently. They will either hang up right away or put you on hold then hang up after a minute or two

Caller left a very fast (indian accent) voicemail to call Lumo, called Lumo and spoke to two different people and they couldn't find any trace of anyone from their company calling me.

Have a few missed calls from this number. Music plays every times I pick up the phone then disconnects.
called back asking what the reason for the calls. but they cant give any explanations on this, and have no records of contact attempts with me.

Lumo just texted me then called me on this number. Music played so I hung up immediately. This is such bad business practice. I only joined Lumo because they had velocity points. Now they discontinued this I am going with Powershop gas.
