Spam Call pretending to be Government

(03) 9967 1276 - called to ask me if i had any unpaid debts currently, I asked who they were calling from, indian accent so thick I couldn't understand and asked "what was that, sorry?" - got the same spiel at me that was unable to be understood. When i responded with what does it do i was hung up on. Tried to call back because hey, you have my number and I have yours now, call unable to be connected. blocked and marked as scam caller.

Asked "Am I speaking to xxxx". I said no. Proceeded to swear at me and hang up.
