I called back number (03) 9966 4872 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Caller: ‘Electricity and Gas’

They’ve been calling me non stop for over a week. Said they’re calling to help find a better electricity plan ‘after the current reforms’ and when I asked who she’s calling from she said “I’m calling from Electricity and Gas” sounds dodgy, even if it’s not. What kind of company is just called ‘Electricity and Gas’ ??? Block the number.

Not a day goes by that they call me and I don't answer calls who I don't recognise. I blocked the number but my phone tells me if I miss them. Thus far they've called me 10 times ranging from dawn til dinner time.

Caller: Claiming they are from Energy Australia

They will say there is a new plan rolled out by the government. They will also ask for address, IDs, verify your email address and date of birth, etc. I called Energy Australia and they are not calling people for this at the moment.

Caller: Electricity and Gas

Asked how they got my number, caller said that I have used them before. I definitely have not. Spam.Says they will compare you with 14 energy and gas providers, blah blah blah. You gotta fight to get a word in.

Scam, scam and scam.

They called and left a silent voicemail recording.
At first I thought I had problems with the sound on my phone as I played the recorded voicemail message but there was no sound. Then I realised it must be spam as I don’t know anyone in Victoria where the call was from.

Calling constantly, don't leave a message. I tried to call back, didn't answer

Called me non stop for the last 2 weeks. Blocked their number. Obvious spam.

Highly annoying called every day for the past 5 days. I wont answer calls from numbers i dont know due to being in hiding from an abusive ex partner so everytime they call i have a panic attack. Finally looked it up on google and seems to be a scam. They also always call around 6pm when my baby is trying to nap!!

Didn’t leave message. Expected spam call.

i also called back (03) 9966 4872 but goes to voice mail without any intro.

Tried to call back, recorded message , American accent saying (03) 9966 4876 was not available, note last number was changed from 2 to 6 in the recorded message, obviously the usual, someone trying to sell something
