A female voice (sounding almost threatening and no intro who they are) said that I have a dangerous emergency outbreak and I had not replied many times. At this stage I hung up.

Waffling on in Chinese so a phishing scam. Number blocked.

The call redirected saying Vodafone and 2 hours left to pay or whatever. Then I pressed 1 to “speak” to someone in English. Some guy picked up and spoke Chinese. Called him a c*nt and hanged up, suggest you do the same.

didnt answer, but left an automated message claiming to be from Vodafone saying that my "contract" was incomplete and that my services would be cancelled within 2 hours, i dont even have an account with Vodafone

hung up within 30 secs of picking up the call

Caller: Claimed to be Telstra

Two women claimed to be Telstra but could not provide any details of my Telstra Account. They claimed that Telstra was offering a 30% discount for six months! All I had to do was open a link they would send me!! I refused as they repeatedly told they could only confirm my account AFTER I opened the link. They also rang from 03 996417.

Caller said she was from Department of Immigration and had emergency documents - for english press 1, chinese andother option then started speaking in Chinese. I hung up.

Robotic female voice with English accent saying I had missed an important government deadline... hung up!

12.04pm 19/08/24 unknown caller - something about important information. Hung up my mobile and tried number from a landline. It was an annoying foreign language rapid speaking chinese voice nuisance call.

Urgent epidemic notice, scam!
