Caller: "Erin" An SMS was sent to my Telstra Mobile broadband device: "Hi my name is Erin for further information please contact 99478333. Thank you."
This device number hasn't ever been a voice number, so I don't see why Crown should be calling it.

Caller: Crown Melbourne The Customer Service was very polite and helpful. Courtesy follow up to Crown members and visitors to update on information and general advice. Not a sales call. If you frequent Crown or have in the past 12 months (player wise) they may attempt to contact you.

They left me a msg, so I thought I'd call back hoping they were giving me some free accommodation - no luck there, however they have credited my crown rewards card with a free $20 so hopefully that'll turn into a big jackpot 😁
