An SMS was sent to my Telstra Mobile broadband device: "Hi my name is Erin for further information please contact 99478333. Thank you."

This device number hasn't ever been a voice number, so I don't see why Crown should be calling it.

The Customer Service was very polite and helpful. Courtesy follow up to Crown members and visitors to update on information and general advice. Not a sales call. If you frequent Crown or have in the past 12 months (player wise) they may attempt to contact you.

They left me a msg, so I thought I'd call back hoping they were giving me some free accommodation - no luck there, however they have credited my crown rewards card with a free $20 so hopefully that'll turn into a big jackpot 😁
