This number belongs to Wallis Social Research based in Melbourne. They called me but I was busy so they arranged a suitable time to call me back. They work for organisations such as the TAC, WorkSafe and Public Transport Victoria to gather opinions to improve services. Take a look at their website and you will see that they work for reputable organisations and follow all privacy guidelines. Their website also explains that if you are contacted and do not want to participant you can tell them so and they will put you on their internal do not call register. I found the experience interesting and the interviewer friendly and professional.

I will vote for the first party to promise to stop and prosecute these calls. Take note pollsters.

unusual? check the website then to verify. simple.

not very extensive then. if it's a scam they ask bank and personal details. pretty easy to tell if it's a scam

Caller: Representative of the AEC

Lady rang and asked to take a survey, unusual for the AEC so kept answering incorrectly. Unsure if is a scam but posting this to ensure anyone that looks the number up knows.

100% a scam caller and praying on people and the above comments to lure more in. Take this from an ex scam fraud bank staff whom dealt with this extensively... Use caution and check with your bank and they will tell you the same!
