They screwed me for 2 grand, terrorized my family for a year and now are calling me saying they're from Centerlink Canberra wanting details of my bank acccount to put the $ 2000 taken back in! yeh right..

i got a phone with them, reported it stolen in sep 2008, then continued to charge be for 3 years!!! when i cancelled it on the 15 sep 2008. when questioned by my sister on the 26 may 2011, they said they cant cancell phones!!! so continue to debit me. i have a disability and they take advatage of that....not happy jan. it is a company called viptel but i thought i was with telstra... go figure????

These fcking Raj's don't know how to xcept "NO" as an answer. Just another fcking scam so don't accept anything.

It's some company called VIP Tel
The address is a virtual one , doesn't exist
IT's a scam and dodgy company. Want others not to give them any details- DOB, ID or an other details ..

these guys are dogs. they dont give up. tell them to f*#@ off. they have phoned over 16 times in one week.

i also receive calls from this number but no one seem to be at the other end. it is very frustrating to receive these blank call 2-3 times a day for the last couple of weeks.

OR - pretend to be interested, find out who they got your number from. As it is likely one of your friends who has been scammed into believing that if they give Vip-tel so many of their friends numbers they can get a free laptop. Which is a load of B.S, nothing in this world is for free.
I know of someone who got fooled and they switched his number to their company and he got a $100-bill to go with it- then they charged him again to switch back to his original provider.
So, find out who they got the number from, contact that friend and WARN THEM!!!

I have had them ringing me since the 19/10/10 relentlessly I average about 15 calls a day from this number I am getting really annoyed, you would think after the first thirty they would give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stupid Moron called me and selling LAPTOP.It is a scam. People stop buying things over the phone from unknown, so this people wont have any motivation to scam on our credit card.

well, everyone BUT VIP!!!!!!!!!!!!MY brother had them recomended to him, he signed up, and i got "THE CALL", your friend sujested you would like to hear what we have... you can have a laptop for free just for joining up...  "ok, i'm listening",says i!...  ALL OF FIVE OPPERATORS LATER, AFTER OBTAINING AS MUCH DETAIL I WOULD CAREFULLY GIVE, THEY TOLD ME, I HAD TO BE A VALUED COSTOMER AND PAY THEIR BILLS IN FULL 4 TIMES B4 I GOT MY FKN LAPTOP!!!!!! but what about the details i've given? why did i go through this s**t to find out your not giving me what you said how you said it!!! I had been arguing with these people the whole time... i'm a pensioner, what if i can't afford you bills, are you gunna take me to court? all my questions were passed from one operator to the other, no-one answered what i was asking, and they insisted they were keen to sign me up!!!!!!   I'm actually suprised i didn't hang up when he said my name.. suprised my brother gave details, both of us have been hasselled by these buggers ever since... oh, and there crap was no where as good as the loyal pre-paid optus that i have!!!! optus got me to this page to say VIP ARE CRAP!  BLOCK THEIR NO'S!  THIS ONE- &1300 785 847.... been getting a few of these calls, said they got my number from some randon name,I barely understood what the bombay monkey was saying..

VIP Tel again!? They stopped for a couple of months...Are they Indian or Sri Lankan?
