Called with the spiel, when I mentioned I'd sold my house so currently had no mortgage he hung up!! Timewasting loosers!! Number blocked!

Called from "Essential Services Australia" spruiking a tax incentive. Used my first name, and was very confident. Opened with a "we called you last year and some thresholds have changed which is the reason for the callback".

claiming to be a company called Essential Services Australia - a mortgage broker. Said people in my area are paying too much for their mortgages.... no kidding! Stop calling.
