Called me twice today from this number, answered the second time and there was a big delay in responding. Indian telemarketers. I don't even pay power bills and they are trying to get me to 'switch my energy plan'

When I saw the number, I answered "Fraud Department- Investigations". "Mark" on the other end of the line got a bit worried. I asked to speak to his manager so I could investigate further and he put me on hold. When he came back on he said that there must have been an error and he didn't mean to call the Fraud Department...
