Missed call, no message left, have struck this caller before as first four digits are the same, but use different last 4 numbers. Every time I see the 9917 I know it is a scam. Blocked.

I have been getting so many calls starting with the same 4 numbers 9917 and then variations on the last 4. I don't answer as I assume they are nuisance calls and they never leave a message.
