Very dodgy. Rang my parent stating my name and saying you mother? "Councilor of me" in a heavy hard to understand accent. How did they get my parents number and know my name. Call seemed to be on a bad line and caller ended up saying "I call you back"

Rang parents phone saying my name and counciler in very heavy asian or Indian accent. How did they know my name and get mother's number? Very dodgy. Think someone is trying to steel my identity or commit fraund to me soon.
