Caller: “Electricity Bill” A caller claiming to be from your electricity bill. Do not answer, they receive a commission if they get you to change providers.

Some random girl said "hello this is.."(didn't hear the rest) i said hello and she just stayed on the line saying nothing for 1min.. (couldn't hear background noise or breathing) so i hung up.
