Another waste of time nuisance call

keeps calling. every time i answer they hang up on me

I called back the number (03) 9917 3413 but the phone just kept ringing

Caller: Telemarketer or Scammer

When answered there is a substantial delay in response from the Indian-accented caller, denoting an overseas-originating call (despite what your phone display shows).
Definitely a telemarketer or scammer trying their luck.

They called 14/12/21... They said 'hi' and hang up

Just hangs up when I answer. Robot testing which numbers are in service for future scams
