Scam call, silence. Same caller uses all VOIP numbers in 03991248xx block, stay safe and silence unknown callers and block the number after they've tried to call.

Caller: Smart Capital Claimed I signed up through their website for investment opportunities, which I definitely have not. When you Google them it's very clearly a scam. Block & report.
