Missed a call from (03) 9909 6832. Voicemail message left was a English speaking lady saying she was from a company (hard to hear but maybe - BMS Telecost) that was calling "on behalf of Australia Post" and matter was not urgent. Not sure if a scam but not taking a chance. If they call again I will be telling them I'm on the do not call register and will be reporting them.
