The Victorian State Trauma Registry isn't a telemarketer or a nuisance caller, it's a government-sponsored survey that “monitors the performance and effectiveness of the Victorian State Trauma System”: https://www2.health.vic.gov.au/hospitals-and-health-services/patient-care/acute-care/state-trauma-system/state-trauma-registry
You should only get a call from VSTR if you've been treated in a major trauma centre in Victoria in the last few years.
