Caller: Medibank Did a quote online and didn't request a call back; but still had to put your number in even though it said "optional" to get a quote. I blocked the number and they called again on different number after I told them to not call back...

Caller: It might be Medibank I only filled out some information on Medibank website for getting a quote on health insurance but withdrew after filling in few lines of information. I did not expect a callback not remember to have requested to callback.
