Had 1 call last Tuesday then 2 calls today. First time I answered, there was a lag when a female voice said her name was Nicole from the NBN. Also said we will be disconnected so I just hung up. After this I just didn’t answer the phone and just let it ring out.

When I answered this call, a pre-recorded message from a female voice says that I am about to be disconnected from the NBN. Then she says if I want to connect to a technician, to press 1.
This has happened 3 or 4 times in the past few months.
