i got a call from this number (03) 9831 4800 theye rang twice today and when i answered it theye hung up. i rang it back and i was put on hold and this american voice was saying all there lines r buisy i want to kno who it is ?

there from telstra apparently asking if you like the service or need to change or update ur plan..

ive got 20 phone calls today already and few every day over the last week
