This number now belongs to a telemarketing company called teligent, it's a phone company.

They are very high pressure and will not take no for an answer.

Yesterday I received three phone calls from these telemarketers.

Each one lasted around 40 seconds, I stated quite clearly that I wasn't interested.

These times were 10.55 am, 10.56am & 10.57 am.
I have reported this harassment to Telstra and they are now looking into it.

The Telstra nuisance calls number is 1800 805 996.

This number has been calling me every single day sometimes twice a day for the last 2 weeks... who the hell is this???

These F#CK wits rang... blew a whistle in to the phone... never called back again... probably not game enough to... got air horn ready for the next time.//

Just to add to the record, our business phone gets tied up several times some days - never anybody on the line just drops out after a while. Beyond the joke when they barrage message bank with recorded silence.

After many hang ups from this number! obviously somebody else answers before I do type of arrangement were they call multiple numbers at once annoying 10 people to speak to one. He tells me I am eligible for phone call discounts......woooohhhhhooooo!!!!
Wow, I get to save money by swapping from one company to another on a weekly basis that sounds like it will really work! This is extremely annoying when you rush a conversation with a customer to talk to a wanker trying to sell you something you don't even want.

They called the business that I work for, asked to speak to our website manager (which is me). The man tried talking me into pay for clicks and SEO words, I told him that we have several businesses looking after us, he then said they can do it for free, I said no thank you we are fine, I told him again and then he said "you're not listening to me. You know what, go and f**k yourself" and hung up in my ear.

Yes every one is write because these sh*^# heads will not stop, just ask them to buy somthing of you first and they soon hang up.

I like this number search option - it's lovely to be able to find out who or what the nusiance call is from. Teligent Australia (03) 9826 5554 is rude and disrepectful. Do they really think that by 'demanding' to talk to the owner of a business , that I'll will transfer the call. Bugger that!

AARGH!! 13 missed calls from this number in a week or so. Tried to call the number, got a recorded msg that "this mailbox is full, goodbye". Time to call the 1300 number listed above, thanks Chris! :(

Call the 1800 805 996 number and you can have Telstra block the caller.

high pressure call from heavily accented (Indian?) "Peter Lee" - very manipulative and light on truthfulness - purporting to be Telstra offering free line and free calls: "too good to be true"

Very helpful to have all your comments - thanks. I'm overseas but take my VOIP service from MyNetFone with me. I was seeing lots of missed calls during the night here and was concerned that a neighbour from South Yarra was trying to reach me. Now I know I can just ignore them. Only wish it was costing them heaps. (Surpising that they allow their number to be seen.)

phoned back to give them curry after they hung up on me......says mailbox is full...wonder why? probs lots of abusive calls......cant register for do not call as we are a business.....
