I called back, they wanted to check the Fire alam for rental properties, they are real as they give the correct Real Estate Company name.

Bo - Smart House Fire Solutions they are used by the real estate he wanted to check the house. Colleague advised he is not signed up with a real estate company. I called him back & said that it is unusual that the R/E company didn't advise. Oh well he mentioned - so this must be a scam.
