Called back and like others got message 'Number you have called is not in service', obviously a scam of some sort

They must an auto computer program which dials numbers sequentially in each city. Probably rigged so that they don't have to pay for calls. Have blocked this nuisance.

Rang me up asking for my father I said he wasn't home so the guy on the other end hung up. Immediately called it back up and got "The number you have dialed is not in service".
