Originate supposedly from Melbourne Always a different reason for calling - passport issues, health insurance OSHC. All shonky Press 1 for English and press 2 for Chinese

Caller: Chinese scam / Westpac Melbourne Central number This number actually belongs to Westpac Bank in Melbourne Central, however the recorded message that was left on my voicemail suggests the number has been spoofed. SPAM/SCAM
