Caller: fraud - secured health

trying to perform a health fund "free" analysis over the phone and sell health cover- was an overseas call centre - who would not disclose who they worked for

Received call from this number yesterday 9/9/2025. Received a call from (03) 9668 2275 today 10/09/2025. All numbers except last 2 the same, so obviously a call centre. Numbers unrecognised so no answer. Checked reverse look up yesterday for (03) 9668 2273 and saw the one comment dated 20/08/2025. Both calls left no message, so obviously not interested in/or wanting to talk to me. Numbers blocked. Cant understand though I am registered with "Do Not Call Register". So how/why are they getting past that.
