Caller: claimed to be AGL The caller, sounded overseas based and claimed to be from AGL. Very pushy trying to change my current contract. Knew information about me. I asked her to email details of the proposed new deal. She promised, but did not deliver. It just sounded scammy and if AGL are responsible for the call...well they should know better
