Caller: AGL AGL are my gas retailer. They had previously called me to offer discounts on their electricity, which they then emailed to me. I compared them to my current provider - good, but not quite good enough. They have now called TWICE to see what I thought of their offer, TWICE I told them not as good as I currently have and TWICE they just hang up as soon as I say that. No niceties, like "thanks anyway" or "goodbye", just hang up. Very rude. I will probably change my gas retailer now if they are going to be so rude.
